Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 tutorial

This tutorial guides you through editing in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 (& CS5.5).

We have sections on editing ,capturing, exporting files, dealing with problem files, and colour and image correction as well as an introduction to using Adobe Encore for making DVDs and Blu-ray discs.

The tutorial also includes sections which explain the inputs and outputs of the Matrox MX02, as well as how to get the best out of the Matrox effects.

This tutorial covers the basics of editing in EDIUS 4. Since the basics did not change much between EDIUS 4 and 5 nearly everything in this tutorial is relevant to EDIUS 5.

EDIUS 5 added lots of new features and revamped the export dialogue. This tutorial covers the new features and more advanced areas of editing with EDIUS. It covers different topics to those in the EDIUS 4 DVD. A bundle of both DVDs is available.

DVC Premiere Pro CS5 - update tutorial

This tutorial covers the major changes between Premiere Pro CS4 and CS5. If you want complete training for CS4 and CS5 then order the CS4 tutorial with this training disc. If you already have our CS4 tutorial this will cover the differences in depth as well as covering some areas we did not touch on in the CS4 tutorial.

DVC Premiere Pro CS4 - 8 hours, 2 DVDs

This tutorial covers everything you need to know about using Adobe Premiere Pro CS4, with special sections for users of Matrox cards. Since the operation of the program has hardly changed between CS4 and CS5, nearly everything here is relevant to users of CS5.

DVC Encore CS3 - 4 hours

This tutorial covers everything you need to know about using Adobe Encore CS3. CS4 and CS5 have added some new features but practically everything listed here has stayed the same. We will producing and update for CS5 in the near future.

RT.X2 and Premiere Pro CS2 tutorial DVD

This 2 disc DVD covers all aspects of using Adobe Premiere Pro with the Matrox RT.X2 and lasts just over 6 hours.

The first DVD takes you through a complete edit in Premiere from capture to writing a DVD. The training DVD was made with Premiere Pro 2 and so the DVD writing section refers to the writing built-into Premiere Pro 2. With Premiere Pro CS3, Adobe Encore is used for DVD writing; using Encore is not covered in this DVD set. Apart from the DVD writing everything in these training DVDs applies to both Premiere Pro 2 and Premiere Pro 3.

The second DVD focuses on various aspects of the program including Multicamera, effects and much more. It also includes a special section on some new features in Premiere Pro 3.

The disc is produced as a video DVD and can be played in standalone DVD players as well as computers. Since the resolution of a standard DVD is limited, we pan and scan the video to focus on the sections we are discussing.
