Edius 4 tutorial DVD

Edius 4 tutorial DVD

This 2 disc DVD covers all aspects of Edius Pro 4 and lasts just over 6 hours.

The first DVD takes you through a complete edit in Edius from capture to writing a DVD. The second DVD focuses on various aspects of the program including Multicamera, effects, getting started in Title Motion Pro and much more.

The disc is produced as a video DVD and can be played in standalone DVD players as well as computers. Since the resolution of a standard DVD is limited, we pan and scan the video to focus on the sections we are discussing.

Do we have an EDIUS 5 tutorial DVD?

Nearly everything in our EDIUS 4 tutorial is relevant to EDIUS 5. The tutorial was made with EDIUS 4.5 after the interface had had a major overhaul so everything that is included works in the same way with version 5, or EDIUS Neo.  The biggest changes not covered are the ways that files are exported, and Xplode Pro. Some of the small enhancements, such as the audio normalise tool or keyframing in the layout tool were also not in version 4, so are not covered.  There are also some extra filters added to version 5, ProDad Mercalli and Vitascene, together with a range of New Blue filters, which are not covered in our tutorial.

All these items and more are covered in our Advanced Editing in EDIUS 5 tutorial.  The new tutorial does not cover the same information as this EDIUS 4 tutorial but the new areas and changes that arrived with EDIUS 5.  You can read more about the EDIUS 5 tutorial here and you can buy both tutorials together if you wish and save on the cost.

With EDIUS 6 due sometime this year (we have no definite information as to when, we just know it is coming) and we will probably making a completely new version for when EDIUS 6 arrives, if there are major changes in the interface.
